Call for Abstract

Online Abstract Submission Rules:


  • Abstracts can be submitted only via the online submission system. Abstracts sent by fax, e-mail and post will not be accepted.
  • The official language of the congress is Turkish. However, abstracts can be submitted also in English.
  • Abstract will undergo peer review and if accepted will be selected as poster, poster tour or oral presentation.
  • The length of the abstract limited to 2500 characters including authors’ names and affiliations. Up to two tables and 1 graph can be included in the abstract.
  • Please structure the abstract into: Title, Background/Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, References.
  • Please use UPPERCASE characters for the title of the abstract.
  • Do not use trade/brand names for drugs.
  • It is required for all authors of abstract to full-fill their contact information (telephone number, GSM number and e-mail) in the form.
  • The font type will be automatically converted to a standard font by the system for all abstracts.
  • The accepted abstracts will be printed exactly as submitted in the official journal of TRD. It is your responsibility that the abstract does not contain any spelling or scientific errors.

Abstracts submission deadline is July 20th, 2018.



Notifications regarding the acceptance and status of your abstract (poster, poster tour, oral) will be sent to the submitting author after August 20th, 2018. In case that you have not received any notification until September 1st, 2018 please contact the organizing secretariat.
